The Queens Alumnae Chapter was chartered on June 4, 1951 by 11 dynamic women including our Founder Ethel Cuff Black. For more than 68 years, the Queens Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has been a staple in the Queens community. We have worked hand in hand with community leaders, educators and social activists to fulfill the commitment of enhancing and improving the lives of those in the Queens community.
Under our National Five- Point Programmatic Thrust of Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement we have worked tirelessly to ensure the needs of our global and diverse community are met.
